Return Process

  Log into your Star Line account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or authorization number.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
